Seasonal Releases

The seasonal offerings give us the opportunity to create and brew flavors to add variety and interest to your beer year. This is a roving canvas of opportunity to bring new ideas and annual favorites to your refrigerator. Techniques and ingredients include barrel-aging, unusual ingredients and adjucts, and forgotten favorites.

Oktoberfest

Traditionally brewed with pale ale, caramel and toasted Munich malts that attribute a sweet earthy malty flavor, toasted aroma and a bright orange hue.

Weekend @ Louie’s

We took a batch of Louie’s Demise and added a bunch of Rishi’s Organic Blueberry Rooibos and Hibiscus Tea blends to our secondary fermentation vessel. After two weeks of cold infusion we filtered out the tea, carbonated it.

Polish Moon

Louie's Resurrection

In 2009 we got the idea to make a bigger version of our Louie’s’ Demise Amber Ale, age it in bourbon barrels for two months and call it Louie’s Resurrection.
