This is a roving canvas of opportunity to bring new ideas and annual favorites to your refrigerator. Techniques and ingredients include barrel-aging, unusual ingredients and adjucts, and forgotten favorites.
Oktoberfest
Traditionally brewed with pale ale, caramel and toasted Munich malts that attribute a sweet earthy malty flavor, toasted aroma and a bright orange hue.

We took a batch of Louie’s Demise and added a bunch of Rishi’s Organic Blueberry Rooibos and Hibiscus Tea blends to our secondary fermentation vessel. After two weeks of cold infusion we filtered out the tea, carbonated it.
