MBC may obtain information about you from a number of sources to which you provide information or from which you agree we may access your information. Some examples include the following: our Sites, social media platforms (i.e., Facebook, Instagram), mobile applications, third-party partners or vendors, at sponsored events, or through surveys, sweepstakes or promotional entries, or our customer call centers.

We may use your information to contact you in response to requested product or service information; provide information surrounding an order; provide customer support; assist with your account; send you marketing communications; administer promotions and sweepstakes you enter and notify you of the results; customize and improve communication content; conduct marketing research and analysis; or comply with or enforce applicable legal requirements, agreements, and policies.

We cannot control any policies or terms of such third party social networks. As a result, we cannot be responsible for any use of your information or content by a third party social network, which you use at your own risk.
CHOICE AND OPT-OUT OPPORTUNITIES
If you have submitted information to us and want us to remove it from our records, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request removal of the information from our records. Once we receive your request, we will remove the information you provided to MBC.
If you wish to have an e-mail address removed from our records, please notify email@example.com. You may also choose to stop receiving updates or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in emails you receive from us.
Please note that if you provide information to us via a social media site or participate in a social media site linked to the website, you consent to our use of your information for any reason as if it were submitted to us directly via the website.
TRACKING AND USE OF WIDGETS
To help make our Sites more responsive to the needs of our visitors, we invoke a standard feature found in browser software, called a "cookie" to assign each visitor a unique, anonymous user ID that resides only on your computer. Unless you voluntarily identify yourself (through registration, for example), we won't know your identity, even if we assign a cookie to your computer. A cookie cannot read data stored on your computer.
MBC also utilizes Google Analytics to gather data on visitor interaction on our Sites and track patterns of web use. Again, this application does not provide personally-identifying information; it allows MBC to analyze the overall use of the Sites through comprehensive data on traffic and use patterns. Google Analytics is a common business tool for webmasters; however, you may opt-out of our use of Google Analytics by visiting the Google Analytics opt-out page and installing the Google Analytics browser add-on, currently made available by Google at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
If you are a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 provides you the right to receive: (a) information identifying any third party or parties to whom we may have disclosed your information for that third party’s direct marketing purposes, within the previous calendar year; and (b) a description of the categories of information disclosed. To obtain such information, free of charge, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
