Milwaukee Brewing Company and the Milwaukee Ale House are dedicated to supporting and strengthening the community we live in by donating products, time and services to local non-profit organizations around Wisconsin. In addition to Midwinter Brewfest and the Brewer’s Day Off Series, we provide donated beer, merchandise, and gift cards to organizations whose core values reflect our own. Some of the organizations that we work with include environmental protection, youth outreach, or the local music scene.
Please remember that submitting a request does not guarantee a donation. Due to the many requests we receive, our Submission Guidelines have been implemented to assist as many organizations as possible. Please take a moment to become familiar with our policies below before submitting your request.
We do not give financial donations or provide equipment rentals.
- We offer a few things: beer (cheers!), MKE Ale House gift cards, merchandise, and brewery tour tickets
- Wisconsin laws prohibit the donation of beer for consumption. Beer donations are reserved for silent auctions and raffle items.
- Due to logistics and forecasting we respectfully require that all requests are submitted 30 days prior to the event, in order to be considered.
- Repeat donations? We’re happy to donate to your organization more than once, but please consider that we do get a lot of requests, and we have a budget to work with.
We will contact you if we are able to meet your request and from there we will make the needed arrangements. Please have the necessary files ready to provide if the request is approved. No phone calls, letters or emails, please.
