Event Details

Join us for our MKE Rare Beer Dinner in collaboration with Glass + Griddle. We’ll be pairing 6 unique MKE beers with Chef Kyle Toner’s specialty 5-course pairing menu. The dinner will be held at the brewery, with representatives from MKE Brewing Co. and Glass + Griddle in attendance to help highlight and discuss the beer and food items on our menu.

Tickets are just $75 (includes tax and gratuity) and space is limited.

1st Course: Sea Bass Crudo-Red Chile, Citrus, Caper, Cucumber
2nd Course: Scallop Sausage with Fennel Nage, Pumpkin Oil and Seeds | Elf’s Lament
3rd Course: Smoked Duck Pastie with Rutabaga, Oyster Mushroom | Sheepshead Stout (Pineau Barrel Aged)
4th Course: Austrian Beef Cheek Goulash with Horseradish Spaetzle, Glazed Carrots | Grand Madame Barleywine (Brandy Barrel Aged)
5th Course: Rush Creek Reserve with Spiced Door County Cherry Preserve, Rye | Louie’s Cherry Bounce
