Come join us on the 23rd November for our “After Dark Friendsgiving Beer Dinner.”
For the beer dinner we have paired up with MKE Brewing and Guinness to showcase some rare beers that they have made available to Three Lions Pub.
Now since they gave us the opportunity to showcase their beer, it is only fair we let our fantastic Chef Kayla showcase her talents! She has created dishes that pair up with these beers, that you won’t want to miss out on. So tell your friends and get signed up for this one as you won’t want to miss out!
Chef Kayla’s Menu
Course 1 – Marinated flank steak bites, caramelized cippolini onions and blue cheese on an edible spoon. Paired with Guinness Bulleit Barrel.
Course 2- Sasquash Porter Cheddar and Butternut squash soup in a pretzel bowl. Paired with Sweet Potato Porter.
Course 3 – Duck Confit Salad, mixed greens, arugula, Granny Smith apples, dried cherries and mustard vinaigrette . Paired with Guinness Milk Stout.
Course 4- Louie’s Resurrection Wild game osso Bucco -braised duck leg and venison sausage, MO stewed overnight with white beans and herbs. Paired with Louis Resurrection.
Course 5- Anodyne Coffee Stout Coffee panna cotta with Bailey’s whipped cream. Paired with MKE Anodyne Coffee Stout.
