An imperial schwarzbier aged in oak bourbon barrels for two months. Vanilla and dark roasted coffee flavors come through from the fourteen different types of malt. This heavy malt backbone is balanced by the use of twenty-six pounds of hops. A complex, but dangerously drinkable beer.
